Shipping Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Project-Zero is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through the Project-Zero website and should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Terms & Conditions.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will generally be processed on the next available business day.

During product launches, promotions, sales events or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be longer.

Where there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will endeavour to contact you.

2. Shipping within Australia

Project-Zero ships orders throughout Australia using available postal and courier services.

Available shipping methods and prices will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Courier or postal service delays
  • Public holidays
  • Peak periods
  • Weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

From time to time, Project-Zero may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions
  • Flat-rate shipping
  • Discounted shipping
  • Promotional shipping offers

Any applicable shipping promotion will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the email address supplied with your order.

Once an order has been handed to the relevant carrier, delivery is generally managed by that carrier.

Project-Zero will reasonably assist customers where an order is delayed, lost or appears to have been incorrectly delivered.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

If an order is returned to Project-Zero because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order appears to have been lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact Project-Zero as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request:

  • Your order number
  • Delivery address
  • Tracking information
  • Photographs of damaged packaging or products
  • Any relevant information provided by the delivery carrier

Project-Zero will work with the customer and the relevant carrier to investigate the issue and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Delivery Delays

Project-Zero is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, public emergencies or other events beyond our control.

However, where an order has been paid for and cannot be supplied as promised, Project-Zero will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian law.

8. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected destinations.

International customers are responsible for complying with any applicable import requirements, customs requirements, duties, taxes or charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only.

9. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive an incorrect product or your order is incomplete, please contact Project-Zero as soon as possible.

We will investigate the issue and, where the error is attributable to Project-Zero, arrange an appropriate remedy.

10. Authority to Leave

Where a customer authorises a carrier to leave a parcel unattended, Project-Zero is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery has been completed in accordance with that authority, except where otherwise required by law.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Project-Zero will comply with all applicable Australian consumer guarantees and obligations.
